During my corporate career and through going to more weddings than I can count on two hands, I've experienced my fair share of corporate and private parties

Charging Model

Drop n Go

  • We will deliver the food and you can keep warm, or warm up, serve, plate up etc

  • Minimum order $300

  • Delivery is free within 10km drive of Thornleigh Station. $1 per km thereafter

Stay n Play

  • We will arrive, set up and cater your event. This could involve different levels of service from setting up food into warming dishes then leaving, to staying and cooking pizzas with the branded gazebo, and can even provide waiting staff

  • Minimum order $900 (exclusive of event labour costs and any additional travel costs)

  • Chef (always required) $50/hour and any waiting staff $40/hour in attendance (budget for minimum 4 hours to set up, serve, set down etc)

  • Delivery/Travel is free within 20km drive of Thornleigh Station. $1 per km thereafter

Drop n Go

Your office in North Ryde want some lunch to have dropped at 1pm on a Wednesday
20 pizza dough sandwiches = $290
10 wraps = $120
10 pies = $80
Total cost = $490
Added delivery = $494
Delivery Distance = 14km ($4 delivery fee as this is 4km. over the free distance). 

Stay n Play

You are throwing a birthday party in Glenhaven for your son/daughter's 21st at your home and you want someone to take care of the catering including all the nibbles and sides. They love pizza...You want P.EAT'S Deli to come and set up the branded gazebo, bring the pizza oven and keep a steady stream of pizzas coming out. You want to budget for 60 people having a mixture of pizzas. Later on you'd like to finish up with some nutella pizzas

20 Neapolitan = $400
5 Meat lovers = $125
20 New York Pepperoni = $440
5 nutella pizzas = $75
Large pesto, avocado, feta and rocket salad = $50
Large Focaccia = $25
Ciabatta garlic breads = $37.50
Pesto Hummus = $25
Garlic Herb Dip = $25
Total Cost = $1,202

Arrive at 5pm to serve from 7pm-9pm then pack up to leave by 10pm = 5 hours chef labour = $250

Travel = 10km (no extra costs)
Total cost with labour = $1,452 (= $24 pp for 60 people mains, side and desert)
