American Barbecue Menu

I've enjoyed smoking meats since lockdown (cliche I know). It's a meditative process because of the time it takes and the smells wisps through the air. The anticipation builds throughout the day! I spend a couple of classes at The London Barbecue School and then emersed myself in smoking meats every weekend in my garden until I nailed the formula

Full Brisket 5-6kg (smoked over oak 12-14hours cut just before serving)
$310

Rack of smoked dino beef ribs
$120

Large trey of smoked pulled beef brisket
$150

Large trey of smoked pulled barbecue pork

$150

Smoked Bharat Lamb shoulder

2 Racks of sticky barbecue smoked pork ribs

$70

Large bowl of smoked chicken wings and thighs with

Alabama white sauce $150

Large trey of smoked beef pit beans

Large slaw trey / mix of bowls

Catering sized home pickled red onions and red chilli's

Large Mac n Cheese trey

Example order for a party of ~20 adults might be a full brisket, trey of pulled pork, trey of Mac n cheese, bowl of smoked chicken wings and thighs, pickles, slaw and then combine this with milk rolls as well to make ample smoked meat sandwiches. Usual spend is about $700-800 for a party this size ~$35 pp

*Everything will arrive hot in foil containers covered brought in a warming box. Brisket will be cut on arrival so it is juicy and hot still. Best to book drop-off time roughly when you want guests to eat :)

Also recommend some milk rolls and high-end barbecue sauce. I can

purchase on your behalf from bakery on the day or customers source own.

Often customers purchase pizzas for the kids that also arrive warm being last food items to be made.
