Smoke Shack Menu

I've been obsessed with smoking meats for a long time. I can't think of a better headspace to be in than pottering around in the garden with the wisps of oak smoke filling the air as you're getting ready to have mates over for some beers in the sun and eventually a 12 hour smoked brisket with a stack of milk rolls and pickles. That early time in the garden at 5am with a coffee setting it up is tranquil. From lessons at London Barbecue School, touring central Texas and now selling to the public is a great feeling
