This is a future aspiration

Imagine pulling up on a Saturday or Sunday lunchtime to a rustic semi-rural spot off the Old Northern Road with communal tables set among the trees, fairy lights overhead and live music playing as the smell of light smoke and beef fills the air

This is how central Texas felt and the stretch of Sydney above Dural reminds me alot of this scene and with plenty of passing trade I think it would be a great spot to open a commercial prep kitchen/storage doubling up as a weekend/bi-weekly smoked barbecue spot for the family.
