The Family Table

This is to all those other family favourites I love to cook not included in my other categories. Whether it be a warming shepherds pie or bolognese on a cold wet day or fajita night. I've loved taking family favourites and just elevating them as far as I can (not in a tasting menu kind of way)

So if you have your own favourites not listed let me know and chances are I'll have experience making it or will make a great version anyway

Many layers of lasagna (meat or veggie)

Chicken and mushroom family sized pie

Crispy pasta bake with homemade marinara sauce

Crispy pork belly

Steamed or pan-fried dumplings
